Because there's not enough rcon holders around. People keep asking for a map change but nobody is there to do it. Or the occasional modder, usually comes on when there is nobody there and stuffs up the game for us all, for the next hour or two till he grows up.

if u havent seen it yet, click on forum at the top of the page, and look at the names of the forums really close, it will says voltz rcon, it should be the last one at the bottom
